SV DSS is not always updated #195

You may have seen this already, but I’ve noticed that the GUI  doesn’t 
always update the SV DSS when I change from default to a Pre-BO run basis (even 
after I save). The run basis table correctly indicates Pre-BO, but I still get 
the SV DSS for BO.  Sometimes closing and restarting the GUI helps, but I think 
this issue still needs to be addressed.
