Also I think wrims-devops was created based on HecDss7. If I remember correctly, wrims-devops has all the changes in HecDss7 branch.

During the meeting, the strategy is to perform a rebase of the code from master to the feature/wrims-devops branch.

Cherry-picking will occur if there are conflicts.

Is it possible to move the "solver" branch to somewhere as a "sub-branch" of "WRIMS-DevOps" after the rebase?

Good morning Hao. Yes, once the devops branch is complete we can certainly make a new branch off of Feature/wrims-devops branch and pull in all the changes from the Solvers branch. I think we should make this happen after the complete wrims installer is building.
