Accuracy maps values/thresholds for group-level analysis #14

When injecting our single-subject searchlight accuracy maps for further group-level analysis : what should we give (I am using SnPM at the moment) ? Here I am decoding two directions (left vs right) so my chance level is 50%.

  1. Accuracy maps that go from 0 to 100% accuracy ?
  2. Accuracy maps that are thresholded for 50% accuracy ; so 0 = 50%, 50=100%
  3. Accuracy maps - chance level ; so -50 = 0% accuracy, 0 = 50%, 50 = 100%
