Sphere positions in Nilearn Searchlight #25

Hi guys,

I'm new to MVPA, and am trying out a searchlight analysis on cervical spinal cord fMRI data. The voxel size is 1x1x4mm, in a 30x34x29 image. Jean-Luc and I chose a 3mm radius for the searchlight, given this spinal cord is at its max 14mm wide.

We were wondering whether we could visualize the exact location of the 3mm-radius spheres used during the analysis, to see where they are placed with respect to the 4mm slices. Are they placed starting on the center-most voxel, outermost voxel ? Does nilearn have a visualization tool for this ?

Thanks for any tips or pieces of information :)

Hi @RaphaSchl , I don't have an answer for this... You can directly ask to the nilearn support team & community... The best way to get in touch with them is to ask your question on https://neurostars.org/ and to add the nilearn tag to your question! Cheers, Sylvain
