Fix dynamics params of microcat #5

Purpose

The microcat dynamics params are obviously not correct. I guess it does not have to set perfectlly correct values, but at least better to set understandable values. https://github.com/Centre-for-Biorobotics/eeUVsim_Gazebo/blob/main/eeuv_sim/data/dynamics/microCATDynamics.yaml
