This contains some of the changes I made for I-analyzer in https://github.com/UUDigitalHumanitieslab/I-analyzer/pull/1327

Gives appropriate landmark roles to the header and footer
The "burger" button can now be controlled by keyboard
Fixes a bug (?) that the navigation links were always hidden on dekstop
