Add short name and descriptions of all readers to RDF representation #31

This is necessary to show the names and descriptions of the catalogues in the EDPOP user interface. This PR is quite trivial, but I have added some properties to the Catalog type. I will add these to the ontology at a later point, when I expect no more changes.
