Pisa SoftHand ID-ing #11

To avoid errors in selecting the correct USB port, enable the ID query to connect to the correct hand.

This must be done in the pisa-iit-soft-hand package.

The change of USB port on-the-fly is another issue, it might be due to the cable length, check using a powered USB hub.

This is moved to the next milestone since we are not moving the real robot for this milestone.
