F/T wrist sensor integration #9

We bought a F/T sensor ATI mini 58 by A. Serio.

I don't know if he was thinking of other applications for that sensor, but in my opinion, that sensor is not appropriate for the demo, and in general for our grasping applications. In fact, the first time we connected it, there was an about 2N noise signal. We asked ATI about that, and they answered something related to the way we connected it to the electrical network. However, now I look at the specs, and it is consistent with the sensor resolution and range, see here.

I was looking at other options from this list and to me, it is the Gamma that fits more our needs. see here

What do you think @MarcoGabiccini ?

I think we can prescind from this for now. If any, we might use the joint torque measurements from the arm.
