((OTRS)) Community Edition is a freely available, open source, web-based ticketing system used for Help Desk, Customer Service, and IT Service Management purposes.
I would like to see all existing tickets, whether closed, open, locked,... to another provider.
I have read that you can somehow export an XML file or similar from the OTRS.
I don't necessarily want to export the attachments that are in the ticket, but simply migrate all tickets that are in OTRS so far to another system.
Does anyone here have a solution on how to do this the easiest way?
