Counter is not migrated during upgrade #18

Version

OTRS Community Edition 6.0.40: We upgraded from OTRS 5.0.42. CentOS 9 Stream.

Installation method

Manual, without RPM nor Installation script.

Expected behavior

OTRS 5 or earlier may keep the value of counter in var/log/TicketCounter.log file.

This value should be imported into the ticket_number_counter table by upgrading to OTRS 6.

Actual behavior

The value isn't imported into the table.
