((OTRS)) Community Edition is a freely available, open source, web-based ticketing system used for Help Desk, Customer Service, and IT Service Management purposes.
After upgrading from 6.0.3x to 6.0.40 with otrs-community-edition-6.0.40.sh script no Ticket Notifications are sent anymore to agents after valid ticket actions (Ticket creation, ticket updates etc.)
Verified that no SendAgentNotification event is created in Ticket's history
In Ticket notifications, ticket notifications are in valid mode, rcpt to --> Send to All agents subscribed to the ticket's queue, event --> NotificationNewTicket / TicketCreate, Email as method enabled
Users are in correct queues as the tickets, Users have enabled the notifications in Personal Preferences
