If you try to install OTRS-CE-ITSMConfigurationManagement-6.0.31.opm, you will be informed that ITSMCore 6.0.30 is required. Installation fails.

This package is supposed to be installed as part of the ITSM bundle. Please first install the last version of the bundle that you can download at https://otrscommunityedition.com/download/packages/itsm/bundle6/ITSM-6.0.30.opm, then upgrade the ITSMConfigurationManagement package to version 6.0.31. Let us know if that worked.
