Add the Option for Hero Content Blocks without CTAs to Be Clickable #47

Ready for QA.

Hero Content blocks that still clickable, but do not have a visible CTA.

Environment: https://www.staging.c21.weblinc.com Mobile Safe area will change depending on the amount of Lines in Header and Subheader Estimate based on 1500x700 regular mobile asset:

@c21hornak sure, That one is a very old one on staging.

I will put the documentations here: https://www.c21stores.com/pages/jmhero after is done QA and or push to production. Should I push it?
