PLCC Global Banner Conflict with Sonos LP #64

Today's email had a link to Sonos, so I clicked it and noticed that the PLCC Global Banner isn't displaying on the Sonos page. I checked in Chrome and Firefox on Mac.

@c21hornak fixed. (Customer end) Admin users might have white bar on top. Will fix on Monday.

@c21hornak. Not see "issue" on admin users anymore. It might be just my laptop (small screens)
