Per Elisabeth on 4/21/17: Place the banner at the bottom, after "Total" amount area and before the "Copyright 2017 Century 21 Department Store".

Specs Provided by Juan: • 1040 x 250 • Same Image compression as any other content block image • Text should not be included in the image. It has to be built with HTML. • The minimum contrast ratio between the Background image/color and the color Text should be at least 4:5:1 (* These two last items are optional for now, but they will become requirements before June of 2018)

@c21hornak I had actually seen it there about a week ok when I placed test order. That sufficient? Wasnt verified across browsers/devices though.
