Being able to have the name:

In admin: $20 of $200 {some message}

In store Front: $20 of $200

There is a known issue, unable to test on staging

Daysi - Passed in staging and prod a while back. Now it is appearing again in prod for item level promos only. Juan worked on it this morning and we will validate tomorrow once the cyber monday promo ends.

Note: "Rebuild" because we had this once before but decided to stop using it because it was making Fulfillment IDs temporarily visible on the storefront (short Justuno delay). But since the deployment of C21-287, this feature became necessary even though the short Justuno delay still exists.
