Per Melissa, there is no way to receive ALL Bluecore emails.
And re c21emails getting blocked, wouldn't that have to be addressed internally as its our domain that is blocking it?
@AdenaG don't need to receive all, but if we do the appropriate customer behavior (which we certainly are) we should get the emails.
Melissa Lerner provided Bluecore access via Gmail addressees to Adena, Michael & Juan. She will let us know when training is set up.
Trained with Melissa on sending email proofs, but can only see proof for header/footer and global template. Cannot see products being sent, as that is customized. There are a set number of templates right now. I can send test emails to the team, and when new ones get created my Melissa, I can do the same. @c21hornak - please confirm or if you want a different process.
Please work with Melissa Lerner to try to make it possible for everyone on the Web Production team to receive the Bluecore Abandoned Cart emails at our c21stores.com emails.
We can’t easily spot issues with them unless we receive them at our C21Stores.com emails, and it seems those are currently all blocked. Unblock just for us.
