QA Process for Weekly Channel Advisor Outbound Feed Check (TTI: 15 mins) #46

Document the current process around checking the Channel Advisor Outbound Feed to BloomReach weekly for obvious product data issues. Target Time Investment for this kind of testing should be 15 minutes per week.

The primary goal of this process is to, once per week on the same day every week, identify and work with whomever necessary to resolve any obvious product data issues, such as prices that are too low, blank data, data in the wrong columns, etc., as these issues of bad product data will impact the BloomReach Widgets and Thematic Pages, by including those products to be displayed with bad data in those BloomReach Products.

The secondary goal of this process is, by focusing on the Outbound Feed to BloomReach, to automatically have a positive impact on the same product data being sent in the other outbound feeds, like the one to Criteo. This assumption can be made unless brought to our attention that there is some significant difference between the outbound feeds that would necessitate scaling up this process to include testing of additional outbound feeds.
