QA Process for ADS C21STATUS Credit Card Account Center (TTI: <5 minutes) #47

Build and document a new process around daily QA of planned promotional messaging in the ADS-hosted C21STATUS Credit Card Account Center. These planned content changes are essentially launched in what I understand to be mini ADS Account Center Releases. Target Time Investment for this kind of testing should be less than 5 minutes per day to ensure ADS is adhering to our release schedule.

The primary goal of this process is to check that, first thing after arriving to the office each day, the ADS Account Center still reflects the direction we have provided to ADS, and in the event it does not, to work with whomever necessary to rectify the issues.

Background Info (3/28): Discuss with Andrea for more detail, but my understanding is that Andrea briefs and determines what these planned promotional messages will be. This happens about 1-2 times per month, and there is no way to QA anything before a release.

Update 5/23: We are now looped in with Account Center and were involved with building the June request to ADS.

@AdenaG could you please make some tweaks to your documentation? I updated the description of this ticket.

I will let you write the official process (I'll review after), but generally:

• I would like this to be a daily process, and for whoever is assigned to it that day to do it upon arriving to the office (within reason, within maybe an hour of arriving) • The person QAing should check desktop and mobile assets and click both to make sure they click thru as C21 defined for ADS. • Once complete the person QAing should send a blank email to WebProduction@c21stores.com and amennella@c21stores.com with the subject line: "Daily ADS Account Center QA Complete" or "ADS Account Center QA Complete".

Put your final process on a separate tab of your documentation if it makes sense.

Please also transition this daily task to Daysi and have a plan so you or someone else is her backup if she can't do it or is OOO.
