Order of Priority: • Facebook — "Verified Page" — solid gray circle with checkmark badge (completed before 4/26 ✅) • Facebook — "Verified Page" — solid blue circle with checkmark badge • Facebook Store Pages — "Verified Page" — GRAY circle with checkmark badge (most locations completed before 4/26 ✅ — C21•EDITION, City Point, and Sawgrass is in progress / needs more research) • Instagram — "Verified" — blue burst with checkmark badge (completed 4/28 ✅) • Twitter — "Verified Account" — blue burst with checkmark (completed 5/12 ✅) • Pinterest — "Verified User" — red circle with checkmark • Google+ — "Verified Name" — white shield with checkmark •

Should this project fall under Juan/Web Production?

Right now I believe social media access (except Curalate) should be centralized mainly to Guest Services to respond to the public, and Web Production for everything else. With a few exceptions for reporting, etc.

We’re also trying not to pass out the passwords to everyone, so we don’t get hacked, which I feel is part of Web Production’s responsibility to safeguard/prevent. We have a central doc only Juan & I have access to tracking who knows what passwords.

I sent you a separate email about the Facebook locations pages getting verified and store hours, etc maintained same as Brickwork. We can easily be responsible for getting social media accounts verified as well, if you happen to know what Isaac/Sarah requested.

Steps I took to try to get C21's Official Instagram verified: • confirmed that C21's Official Facebook was verified and that it was linked in the Instagram app (this was already done) • I linked to C21's Official Twitter from within the Instagram app img_2360

Steps I took to try to get C21's Official Twitter Account verified: • filled out this form: screen shot 2017-04-28 at 12 57 45 am • Next step is to check the socialmedia@c21stores.com mailbox for a decision from Twitter. If they reject our verification, we can reapply in 30 days.

Noticed on 5/15 that our Twitter account was now verified. It was most likely that way since Friday 5/12 since it was already loaded on the browser tab and had probably loaded on 5/12. twitter-verified-2017-05-15_at_1-46-27-pm
