QA Process to Analyze Slow Seller Report for 0 WebLinc Inventory when there is VMOH

Here is the new weekly process Elisabeth needs you/your team to compete:

• One-Time: Set up a calendar alert for Monday’s at 12:00PM • Every Monday, right after 12:00PM, go to the "smb://c21stores.com/vnxcifs01/sharedata/ecommerce/Enterprise/Send Back/Slow Seller" folder and choose the report with the correct date. • Always use the file marked “PV” (it’s the smaller report) • Run the report against the Mass Editor to generate a list of things that have 0 inventory in WebLinc but greater than 0 VMOH • By 1:00PM, email that list to Perry (cc Michael & Elisabeth) with subject line “Slow Seller Report Analysis” explaining that it’s a list of things from the Slow Seller Report that have 0 inventory in WebLinc but greater than 0 VMOH

ME will only allow us to generate styles found in API, not all styles in WL. 0 onventory report will be requested from ecomm support via Ecometry • Once all styles from ME are in a sandbox in WL, generate proof HQ report to gather active state. photo and copy state can be pulled here as well. • By 1:00PM, email that list to Perry (cc Michael & Elisabeth) with subject line “Slow Seller Report Analysis” explaining that it’s a list of things from the Slow Seller Report that have 0 inventory in WebLinc but greater than 0 VMOH. Timing dependent on inventory report from ecomm support and time taken for styles to go through ME to WL and to generate proof HQ report: this can take a couple hours.

In discussion with IT to see if they can pull all this data for styles that are not even in ME.

Process solidified: Once Shereen updates slow sellers report (typically Monday by 2, but sometimes earlier/later), compile list to request Ecometry Inventory by sku from ecomm support. Once received, merge with Tableau OH report by sku and proofs by category report. Send 2nd request to ecomm support to address discrepancy between inventory in E1 and 0 inventory in Ecometry.

Updated process starting 6/5/17: Shereen to provide slow sellers list Monday. Lisa to pull Tableau OH report by sku of styles on slow sellers list. Lisa to send single request to IT/IS Operators. cc Michael, Adena, Elisabeth requesting Ecometry inventory pull and comparison/reconciliation between that and Tableau (E1) inventory.
