Design API for Alert Policies management operations #133

It would be great to design set of API calls and structure that will allow to provide possibilities to manage Alert Policies.

It would be great to provide API for next operations:

  1. Create Policy
  2. Find Policy
  3. Modify Policy
  4. Delete Policy
