Write document that describe process of publishing to maven central #186

It would be great to

  1. Investigate enhanced publishing scripts
  2. Provide all required steps to release our SDK in this document - https://docs.google.com/a/altoros.com/document/d/12PkG_8wG-gu9JduLx55RDZaTZSNMOlSoFonnf4nNe_s/edit?usp=sharing Also it would be great to provide here detailed steps of gpg key creation and our sonatype credentials.
  3. If possible append here our credentials to maven central https://docs.google.com/a/altoros.com/document/d/1AD5lAvugiK87Lqkslpm44B9Nf1lf_OmYFG8jNQ5H4zY/edit?usp=sharing
