Describe v1.2.0 new features in wiki #190

It would be great to describe new SDK features in wiki.

This is set of major features developed in current iteration:

  1. Create / modify whole load balancer
  2. Define policies against with other infrastructure by single method call
  3. Change policies location in create server config
