Execute Package #207

Implemented the Execute Package. We are already successfully using this functionality in production from our fork.

Apologies, I am newer to contributing to open source project and see that I introduced this pull request that actually contains both the template revision feature and the execute package feature. Let me know if that is a problem and I can figure out how to isolate them.
