Hub zoom controls can overlay Inspector tab #795

When viewing process definition or instance in MDWHub, if the Inspector view is expanded by clicking on the maximize button then the zoom controls will overlay/obscure the Inspector tab. It would be best if we can prevent Inspector from growing so large that it overlaps the Hub inspector_overlay zoom controls.

We'll just close zoom controls when Inspector is maximized.
