Port to Docker Registry v2 #5

Docker Registry v2 implemented in golang about to be released on July 16, 2015. Need a port of this to support Docker Registry v 2.

+1 Would be nice if this supported the new api. How does imagelayers.io continue to work. I thought they turned off the v1 of the API.
