[TASK] Modules and libraries can be loaded in Jupyter Lab #12

User story As the user of this extension and the assignee of the epic I want to be able to load custom JS libraries so that I could use them and further proceed with the implementation.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Modules and libraries can be managed (i.e., loaded into the context) using the extension in Jupyter Lab as well
