🐛 Project Json File Color Error #535

Describe the bug The colors assignment are distinct for each project. However, the color in the other project Json is in rgba format and they are all similar.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create two or three project
  2. Make a few annotations for each project
  3. Output project Json of each project
  4. Check whether all project Json colors have the error described above

Expected behavior The colors should be distinct for each label.
