Hello, some Android phones are not showing bluetooth devices

Hello, in Android 6 or 7 they do not show, I have Android 8 and it works well for me

Yesterday a friend reported that in 10 it is working perfectly too, I still haven't been able to solve the problem in these versions, if you want feel free to make a fork and try some correction

I having the same problem in Android version 9, but it works fine in Android 10.
