What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Android os kill QuiteSleep

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Control this action, and restore fast and good

Fix the problem, now QuiteSleep has much better performance.

Important note: in a few times, a incoming block call, could be sound < 1
second, depends on the mobile status (busy, etc.) not is QuiteSleep fault.
