Update the resources page #687

This is based on the current state of the draft-1.1 branch: It only removes the ECOSYSTEM.md, and updates the RESOURCES.md and main README.md with that state.

The Generators section already contains "Obj2Tiles", so merging this will make https://github.com/CesiumGS/3d-tiles/pull/686 obsolete.

(An aside regarding the inlined comment: I once wrote a tool to check whether markdown links are valid. Maybe, one day, I'll extend this so that it can check whether images are present, and (conversely) list any "dead images" that are present but not linked anywhere. I think I manually removed some images during the resources pass in draft-1.1, but there might still be some obsolete ones...)
