I hope it's not considered to be "noise", but when I stumble over something like this, I feel the urge to fix it:
Some extension names had only a `Single Backtick, causing odd formatting.
(At some point, I might do a full-text search for all extension names, and backtick them consistently - right now, it's not really consistent, although I usually backticked them when I touched the text...)
