Updated resources (from main branch into draft-1.1) #720

As noticed in https://github.com/CesiumGS/3d-tiles/pull/719 : Some resources had only been added in main, but not in the draft-1.1 branch. This PR adds the resources from main into the state of the draft-1.1 branch.
