Hi,

A texture seems to be in a wrong folder:

./Build/CLI/CDBConverter -i CDB_san_diego_v4.1 -o San_Diego

= > Can't find texture (2) D:/textures/tree.rgb

Can't find texture (2) D:/textures/tree.rgb ERROR 4: `/home/MyPC/CDB_To_3DTiles2/cdb-to-3dtiles/Tests/Data/Elevation/N34W119_D001_S001_T001_L06_U0_R0.tif' not recognized as a supported file format. Can't find texture (2) D:/textures/tree.rgb

All tests passed (2438 assertions in 40 test cases)
