Is there any reason that the documentation suggests compiling the MXSPyCOM source? I think we should use the release version (even though the .Net Core version is in Beta). Additionally, we should probably include the instructions from https://walterlow.com/setting-up-visual-studio-code-as-an-editor-for-3ds-maxscript/ in the readme instead of redirecting the user.
