This PR adds the initial demo levels, plus some tools for users.
Added an adjustable-speed camera entity sort of like Cesium for Unreal's Dynamic Pawn. Scroll to adjust speed. Users can drag-and-drop this into their scenes.
Bao added a component for fixing the orientation of skyboxes and directional lights, which was merged directly into this branch. Users can add this component to directional lights and skyboxes.
Set up access tokens with only access to these assets, that we can rotate every month.
Set up initial levels
01_CesiumWorld (Replaces previous GlobeFlying level) contains the previous flying functionality (to melbourne, mount fiji, and nyc).
Added a UI with instructions to this level.
Added an adjustable-speed camera (it is not connected to the prefab, because that was fighting with the script canvas for the fly to functionality, for some reason. But it's the same setup.
02_CesiumBase is simpler, with only Cesium World Terrain and OSM buildings. It uses the CesiumCamera prefab. Users can build directly off of this scene to speed up the creation process.
