OBJ files from TinkerCAD read as empty files (probably due to spaces/tabs in the OBJ file) #258

Dear maintainers and contributors of this truly amazing library!

We have come across an issue with OBJ files exported from TinkerCAD. They yield empty results, even though they show up nicely in OSX Preview and Three.js . My guess it is some special formatting within the .OBJ file (tabs/spaces) being the main culprit.

How to reproduce:

  1. Download attached file tinker.obj
  2. Run npx obj2gltf -i tinker.obj -o tinker.gltf

Program returns /Users/hakon/tmp/tinker.obj does not have any geometry data despite there is data in the OBJ file.
