Do you have Rational Resources - Stock installed? If so, it triggers these MM errors by removing the LFO resource modules from the pug and replacing them with a ModuleB9PartSwitch module (which, if you have Rational Resources installed, SkyhawkScienceSystem is also trying to do in Hypergolics.cfg). It's best to uninstall RR - Stock because it does this all over the place and isn't needed with SkyhawkScienceSystem installed.
I did indeed have RR installed. I have disabled the Stock configs, I'd like to confirm whether other RR packs should also be disabled (RR Parts, RR RCS Family, RR Kerbalism etc.)
RR Kerbalism conflicts with SkyhawkKerbalism (SkyhawkKerbalism takes care of everything it does anyways). I haven't seen any MM errors from RR Companion, RR Nuclear Family, RR Parts, RR RCS Family, or RR SSPXR Tanks.
Thanks for confirming. I have removed the two RR Stock and RR Kerbalism and haven't had any issues since.
Please note that Issue 11 (MM error with Hypergolics.cfg on restock-engine-125-pug) may still be unrectified. I have received the same error in the MM logs when trying to apply the patches to this engine.
As a temporary fix I have commented out the line %SSS_HypergolicTank = True for PART:restock-engine-125-pug in the SSS/Patches/Hypergolics/Hypergolics.cfg file and this has alleviated the problem. Not sure whether this addresses the issue - was it the intent for the Pug to be a combined tank/engine with it's own supply of hypergolic fuel?
