Refactor

• Domain change - BREAKING CHANGE
  • domain should be same as brand named in homeassistant/brands repository
  • in config mobilealerts has to be changed to mobile_alerts
  • In UI then you can see icon of this integration
  • later for configuration via UI this will be displayed
• Refactoring - python types, formating, etc..
• GitHub actions - on each push code is validate if contains correct manifest.json and hacs.json
• native HA attributes and properties - no need to override lot - just write to correct properties
• docs improvement

@petrleocompel - should the SensorDeviceClass for MobileAlertsRainSensor be PRECIPITATION rather than DISTANCE? (I am going to look further this afternoon or tomorrow to debug it as having changed to mobile_alerts, all I get is a warning

WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.sensor] Setup of sensor platform mobile_alerts is taking over 10 seconds.

and nothing further, entities are all shown as unavailable

@CestLaGalere Oh yeah SensorDeviceClass for MobileAlertsRainSensor should be PRECIPITATION just did not noticed it.

No info about problems on my side from testers.
