pixiv网页有Twitter链接跳转的作者，app中也应该显示可跳转链接

I am also having the same problem. This problem also occurs in other unofficial clients and official apps, and in both cases it is only displayed for accounts operated by pixiv, so it is thought to be a limitation on pixiv's side.
