Includator: Provide a way to automatically add the required file type associations #3

Expected Behavior

When Includator finds a missing file association, it should provide a way to automatically add the proposed file typ association.

Actual Behavior

Currently, Includator provides a rather unhelpful message and requires the user to manually add the missing file type associations.
