Configure opacity #1

Would it be possible to configure the opacity of the shader instead of completely disabling it? I quite like having the road wear in general, it's just a bit too much.

I would also love a way to control opacity. The streets look extremely clean and dark with the shader disabled, 50% opacity I think would add realistic wear.

Ye I saw in a forum someone requested a toggle. And then in a comment an opacity slider. And it got me thinking. The reason I would want the toggle, is because sometimes, the connections jank, and the road wear is actually useful. What I dont like is how my city looks mostly white when zoomed out. So an opacity control would make it less noticeable zoomed out and more zoomed in (when debugging junctions)

This actually feels like a fairly simply feature I might try it as my first mod contribution, unless the creator is already doing it themselves.

One consideration is where to put this control. I'm guessing the simplest would be to create a tab in the settings for this mod. But having an entire tab for just one setting might be a bit excessive. Maybe there is somewhere else in the UI where this could fit better?
