Further description of the feature you'd like to see:
Need cvars to change how asw_skill_healing_gun works.
1. Need to control how much health is healed per second. (I would like for the
gun to give full health to any Marine per charge. I will also limit it's ammo.)
2. Can we make the healing gun use real Ammo? So that you can pick up ammo and
recharge it.
