Further description of the defect:

Investigate other possibilities for making the tesla traps have the glow 
outline, and if not possible, make the ClientPrint text more efficient (don't 
send the text all the time; UserMessage spam).

Can the problem be reproduced easily?:

Yes; simply walk up to a tesla trap.
