Damage Amplifier Range & Percentage of Damage Boost #72

Further description of the feature you'd like to see:

Damage Amplifier could be greatly improved if cvars could control Range and 
Damage Boost %.

Is request to fix another bug?:

This is an enhancement, not a defect.
