Limit number of Sentries and Weapons #82

Further description of the feature you'd like to see:

Specifically, I'd like to limit a team of marines to 4 Sentries from the weapon 
selection screen. 

This idea could be expanded into an option for all weapons that have potential 
to be abused.

Seems that bugs and crashing can occur if too many sentries are present at any 
time.
