Team's Response

As specified in our UG, the acceptable phone number must have 8 digits. This is reasonable because we are targeting Singapore customers.

The tester might have unintentionally missed this description. However, the app does not crash and shows the error message. Therefore, we think this issue should be rejected.

Reason for disagreement: I understood that the phone number must have 8 digits, and that's why label this as feature flaw bug. For me as an example, I have friends from China who have phone number composed of 11 numbers and this would make it inconvenient for me to use the app if my friend has same flight with me and I want to manage the flight for both of us.
