Incorrect Exception message, not helpful enough

Here I typed in a incorrect data, but it throws the exception that the date is missed, which is less helpful for user to figure out the problem. (Error message doesn’t match the error)

The error message is correct because the tester did not specify the flight time. The command does not seem to be incorrect in any other aspect from this screen shot.
